Under Armour

Disappointed in the service here. I wanted to make a purchase which had already been bagged and put through the till but was then told when going to pay they would not accept Scottish notes despite this being legal tender. They had no way of being able to check if they were real or fake. If you are concerned about fake money circulating then you should have a way of checking this.

The changing rooms are still closed - fine if you live close by and can go back to exchange if they are the wrong size. Purchased shorts and sports top, no visibility of price as they process transactions and the shorts were more expensive than labelled. Staff originally were going to refund difference but then checked with manager who was very unhelpful. they had priced the shorts wrong. The manager just said it is only if they had priced all of the same shorts wrong that they would agree to the price labelled on the garment. Awful customer service by the manager - no apology that it was wrong. Will not shop with Under Armour again.

DONT BOTHER!!! Went last year to shop, was told that the changing room were closed due to covid. Which I could understand. Went back again last week, wanted to buy loads. But again changing still closed. I thought I went all the way from Wolverhampton so bought a few and try them on at the toilet nearby. Some are fit and some are not so went back to change because I really wanted the product. After back and forth 3 times, I thought to myself why would I bother if they cant be. So guys if you dont want my moneys, else where will. So stop moaning that shop dont do well in business. I will definitely not wasting my time again. Good luck
