On collection the item was there then I asked for 1 bag to put the jacket in as it was a gift.
The attendant refused saying they dont supply bags for collection.
I offered to pay and he still refused.
I was really upset with the treatment received and with the funny policy: na bags for gifts even though it is bought with them!!!!!
The attendant then gave me a super dry bag side small more suitable for a par of flip-flop rather than a bomber jacket 90
It was a shame
