        Awful service . The guy preparing the coffees has gone confused with the drinks , so he lifted the drinks lid with his dirty fingers and smelled the hot drinks to identify them SHOCKING !!! No decaf coffee today !!!!

        Just went there this morning. My card doesn't work like sometimes happens at the first try to pay, but the checkout guy preferred talk with colleagues more than help with transaction. Than I left and go in a small coffee near and had my coffee. I'll never come back in a pret shop. They're just trained to be kindly fake but doesn't care really more... I gave one star because I couldn't give them zero
