I would like to say a massive thank you to Nicola, Dea and Craig for all their help, support and professionalism throughout the whole process whilst selling my Mums property having lived there for over 60 years. Leaving her house with such good memories was really difficult for her but all 3 of you were so empathetic, kind and understanding. You showed compasion during her journey and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you. It was like talking to really good friends that you have known for ages. I sold and completed my property with Reeds Rain in 6 weeks. Dee and Nichola were very helpful and patient and to that I like to say thank you. The buyer was not very nice but with the help of Dee and Nichola, we were able to get around things pretty fast. We got to STC in 2 weeks on the markets and legals etc pushed the sale to 6 weeks. Overall I must say I had a good experience with them and will strongly recommend their service.
