        This is the worst customer service I ever seen. The queue is always huge, and there is always only one person at the till. And always two people at the door, one offering you perfume and the other one just standing by, when they are not using their phones. As if that wasnt enough, when you are finally seen by the only person at the till, instead of them only charging you quickly so the queue can move faster, they keep offering you products. You guys should change the way you work

        They closed 20 minutes before the closing time and wouldn't let me collect my order. Ratty guy at the door turned me away. Absolutely pathetic.

        DO NOT get your eyebrows or upperlips done here.. the lady at the store has ripped off the first layer of my skin and she is NOT TRAINED at all. Very unhygienic and careless in her work. I am going to take this complaint ahead.
