Absolutely horrible experience as well as customer service! Gave them curtains to be cleaned and received them back with dirty, unwashable lines. When arrived back to see what can be done, absolutely careless member of staff said - it was not us who did this. Further more i did not ask to compensate the cost of the curtains, i just asked to fix the issue or at least refund me money for the service i did not receive at all, where i've been told - no, its not our fault. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone. Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

If you like new stains appearing on your shirts then I highly recommend this place. My dress came back looking no different except for one which now has a stain on it. The shirts had light sweat marks on collar and they're still there. I feel like they did nothing except put it in the wash like any other old thing. Definitely avoid this place.

I went in with an emergency zipper problem and they fixed it right on site in no time at all! So kind & generous!! I can't thank you enough for solving the problem so quickly. Will be sure to take all my future alterations here.
