Clothing Care

In all my years I have never been so disgusted by how a business is conducted. I had been washing the same jacket here for years and realised it got damaged along with a jumper. The jumper was put on a mustard yellow coat hanger which stained the jumper. Once i arrived abroad i noticed the issues and would handle it once I returned. I told the woman at the desk of the issue and that ill be back around at some point to show her the issue, immediately I was already met with pushback and attempts to try catch out if i am lying, I ignored it and returned a few weeks later. As soon as i presented the two items the Eastern European lady began trying to imply I am lying, while raising her voice. She saw a finger print mark from when I attempted to amend the issue myself and began to say "ha ha this is worn you have been wearing this" i replied no i did not and she proceeded to sniff the neck line of the jacket at this point I am in utter shock. She notices the jacket smells absolutely clean as it has not been worn in months just sitting waiting to be brought back, she still offered no apology for that. A male colleague then appears and begins to also dispute the coat hanger that was used and refuses to admit fault, as I drove away I could not believe the level of customer service as if someone will make up a fault to save 5 absolutely disrespectful and childish, id never trust them with my money absolutely dodgy business.

Staff were very polite and helpful. I had my coat dry cleaned here , would be 5 stars for the dry cleaning but still had a few stains which couldnt be removed unfortunately. But still great service :)

Cafe curtain alterations because they were too wide, it was done swiftly! The owner is super accommodating and helpful. Wouldve liked if the markings on the curtains were removed before picking up, but other than that, it was great!

I came here to get my work uniform trousers altered. I had the length and the width of the legs adjusted as they were far too big. The lovely lady that helped me took the time to make sure the measurements were spot on, comfortable for me and made sure I was happy before going ahead. I felt so reassured to leave it in their hands and Im so glad I did. They were absolutely perfect! Exactly as I wanted! Going back to take the rest of my uniform there very soon. Thank you so much!
