On a couple of occasions last year they tried to add items into my bill from previous customers. I ended up with a bill of 66 instead of 23 - shocking! They apologised saying it was a mistake and refunded me but I am confident it was done on purpose and by the look of previous comments it seems to be a fairly accurate statement. I stopped going there unless I am desperate but I am always looking at my bill going forward as the trust has gone. Also some employees really need to improve the way they talk to customers. Sooo rude, its unbelievable!

Shocking quality of produce. Asked whether onions looked OK as they appeared mouldy (green/blue) and was told it was just the roots and that they were yellow onions. Was made to feel stupid for even asking. I was annoyed but gave benefit of the doubt and bought as needed for a recipe. Got home and it was apparent right away the onion was no good and had to be thrown. Clearly mouldy in parts, black and mushy. I'd picked the best of the bunch so who knows what others were like. Other produce wasn't of good quality. Went to Sainsburys in the end. Much better quality. Would NOT recommend this NISA at all.
