        So I came here today to order myself a peach fruit tea right and I wanted a regular cup not a large cup so anyways I wanted the lychee popping balls but didn't get those to go with my peach fruit tea and was asked for a cherry popping balls and the jelly bits which were horrible I mean what kind of a fruit tea drink is this I wish I could get my money back onto my bank card

        > staff member was impolite and made faces when I needed to clarify details of my order > same staff person was in such a hurry to take the order, that she simply selected an item I was reading off the menu without my confirmation > no option to skip ice
