Living at Argo for the past 2 years has been a very mixed experience. Its location and amenities are the main attraction. When we initially moved in wifi was included in rent but didnt get set up properly for 2 months, there was a severe sewage odor that made me embarrassed to host for a long time, and the initial staff members werent that friendly. Things then improved, issues got resolved, friendly new staff members who are genuinely helpful, and create resident events joined and things were looking up. We renewed our contract. Shortly after the development experienced a power outage where residents and tenants of local businesses had to move out for >1 month (they covered most costs so we werent stranded) but it was a very stressful experience. We moved back in and have been suffering from a similar sewage odor that fills all apartments, as often as 3 times a day. Its nauseating, after a bunch of us residents complained they are working on it. We also suffered from a wifi outage which wasnt their fault, but added to the stress. Things also break easily in the apartment, my neighbors have complained about dining room chairs breaking, our sink fell out the counter once, and my bathroom shelf came of the wall. Just feeling exhausted.

I am a current resident at Argo Apartments. We moved in around the start of September 2022. The apartment and service of the staff has been very nice. However within a few months, we were forced to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks due to flooding issue. We understand that certain issue is out of Argo's control but we felt that the whole situation could've been dealt better with quicker decision making. Right now, us and many other tenants are facing with another issue... Everyday, the flat would smell like a rotten egg, which Argos claimed to be cause by a sewage smell and has admitted it as a health and safety issue. This issue has been raised numerous times however it has not been fixed (this has been going on for over a month). Even-though we do enjoy our flat, our experience has been disrupted by numerous issues that is not addressed with urgency.

Great amenities. Amazing transport links and the surrounding area is under constants development. 24hr around the clock care from the team. Always happy to help
