        Rude. Abysmal service. Violent threats where a humane conversation is more than possible. This place is the true definition of hell on Earth. This is a service provider- basic manners are necessary if you work in this field. Please save your mental health and walk to the post office 5 min down the street.

        It was shocking to see the way the old man behind the counter was grabbing and damaging my parcel in front of me . Post office had my parcel on hand 29 seconds and it was already damaged. They charged me 18 to send my parcel and destroyed the all wrapping. No apology at all as they didnt care about customers service. Awful experience. I will use only DHL from now on. I made the mistake to go back in today as I needed to send a package with tracking and sign for options. It has gone worse. The service was so bad. How can someone be so rude and unfriendly? Private courrier company are taking over and I definitely understand why .

        Amazing services specially James a staff member is always very helpful and he always go above and beyond to help customers. Thank you James for helping me in sending my provision license and guiding me genuinely I would also choose this post office even though there are many near.
