I am very impressed by the service I receive from your Store at 32 Barking Road. This has been the case for nearly 3 years. I can't find this elsewhere. This same gentleman has always been patient, professionally helpful and genuinely helpful. He will take me through the information I needed step by step. I had an eye test with Mr. Latif and subsequently bought prescription glasses on the same day. The test was very quick and straightforward, Mr. Latif was very clear, kind and professional as also his colleague (dont remember his name) was. They both were extremely kind (without being fake) and professional. The store is neat, clean and well taken care of. They even put a nice ambient perfume which is a nice thoughtful touch. The gentleman attending to you is very affable and managed to sell me the best product (3-1 glasses) without being salesly or pushy. Kudos to how the business is being run!
