It was a pleasure working with Ziyaad Boodoo on the purchase of our new home. This was our first time dealing with Ziyaad and we found him to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He has vast knowledge of mortgage products and went above and beyond answering my queries, even after office hours. He surpassed all my expectations and his "can do" attitude was much appreciated. I rarely write reviews but I'm compelled to given the outstanding service I received from Ziyaad Boodoo. As a first time buyer, the process seemed daunting and fraught with potential hazard. I was trying to educate myself along the way but it's still very hard when you've never bought a property before. Ziyaad supported me with professionalism, calmness and great expertise at every step. I felt so comforted that he not only what he was doing, but he wanted the best for me as his client and really wanted the best outcome for me - this is very rare nowadays. Ziyaad went above and beyond to keep things moving for me as fast as possible, and providing me with information and advice as quickly as possible when he saw upcoming events that would develop, such as sharp changes in interest rates. I cannot stress enough how Ziyaad gave me the best customer service of any service I've ever used. Don't go anywhere else, just use Ziyaad -this is what I've told all my friends and family. Superb experience!

Having a had a few knock backs I was extremely pessimistic about obtaining a mortgage. Ziyaad took the time to truly understand and evaluate my circumstances, and found a lender who subsequently approved a mortgage offer. From there, Ziyaad kept me duly informed of any developments, continually explaining things to me as and when asked. It has been such a smooth process and I would recommend Ziyaad to anyone.
