My Great grandma, grandma and husband are all resting in here and we've received adequate service each time we have had a burial (including my husband's ashes in my grandma's grave) with the ground staff being fantastically compassionate and sensitive. The office staff are less sensitive and treat business as business as in you could walk into a pub or cafe and not be treated any different! We have tried to call them several times since the beginning of the year to organise grave maintenance services and re-cementing my great grandma's headstone only to be told "bad weather means that they can't get through to the right department because it affects the phone lines!" Finally we received a price quote for the service and a phonecall from a member of staff to tell us that the price quote is in fact incorrect and she disappeared to get the correct price and cut us off. Phoning back, the office staff told us to wait for the original person to call us back. They never did! What should be a simple job has been made frustratingly complicated. Please do better.

Very poor customer service. They promise to return calls but do not. I have made 5 calls and made an official complaint but they can't seem to respond to a simple request for information

I completely regret having my sibling buried in this cemetery. They put on a compassionate act in the beginning, its all a facade. There is no real professionalism and genuine customer service, they do not return calls, or emails and I do not understand why they manage the ordering of headstones (they do not allow external companies) when they do not put orders through. My sibling has been dead for a year and they still have not placed his headstone up. They waste your time by making you sign proofs and they never actually put the order in! After 1 year I had to do the same order paperwork all over again. If you can PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Using this company will cause you more grief on top of losing your loved one. I do not know who is managing this organisation, but a definite restructuring is in ordertotal shambles and complete let down for a company that should uphold genuine compassion and concern for their clients, especially due to the nature of the business. Disappointing is an understatement.
