THIS PLACE MAKES UP PRICES ON THE SPOT. I left my throw here for dry cleaning. The man didnt check the label, just accepted the item and charged me 18. When I came back go pick it up, I was told to come back in an hour because it was still damp. Damp after dry cleaning? When challenged, he got another staff member and eventually I managed to find out that my throw had been washed in a washing machine and partially dried. I was also shown the label now that everything had been said and done. When I challenged the price (for something I can do at home) the men claimed 18 was a standard price for a machine wash. When asked though, their werent able to show me a price menu. I ended up paying 18 quid for a damp throw which smelled of detergent I didnt consent to being used on it. I felt so angry so I came here to leave a review and saw that this wasnt an isolated incident. The sheer number of 1-star reviews left here and their content tell me that predatory sales and poor customer service are the bread and butter of this place.
