Amazing dry cleaning. Always a great service and good value for money. I drive 20mins to have my clothes cleaned here.

Poor service. Arrogant old white lady that thinks shes Muslim. Called 2HR Smart Clean. If you go in at 11am they tell you your garments wont be ready until tomorrow. Maybe call your shop 24HR Smart Clean!

OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE &ARROGANT SHOPKEEPER The shopkeeper(A lady with white hair) is extremely obnoxious and rude to the customers. On my way back I remembered that I forgot to tell the tailor something and so I called the store again to convey my message. This lady picked up the phone & started yelling why have you called Why did you not tell the tailor earlier you can come and take your stuff back and we will not be doing it for you . I was flabbergasted as I have never seen a shopkeeper with temper issues in London. I went back to the store to collect my stuff and asked her whats wrong, to which she said why are you calling. I was shocked & I told her that Im paying you for a service & I want to ensure that its done perfectly the way I want it and if you dont want customers to call you then you should put a board outside your store saying the same. She was not willing to concede and was arrogant, contemptuous and disrespectful. She was not ready to reason with logic and just went to the back side. Honestly I have never come across someone so mean like her in 25 years. I would not suggest any sane person to go there for any kind of service!!
