One of the rudest receptionist I ever spoke on the phone , there is really no need for it for being that rude

All the staff were very friendly, I received great treatment from the dentist and the whole process was very efficient. I was also really impressed with the availability of appointments, especially as a lot of NHS dentists either having long waiting lists or are not accepting new patients. Would definitely recommend!

Male Receptionist that I spoke too is the rudest and most hostile person Ive ever encountered, said he couldnt book me an appointment because I was no longer a patient because I wasnt making regular appointments, I dont see why I would be making appointments if I didnt have a reason to see the dentist. He also didnt give a proper explanation he just repeatedly said I will not book you at this practice He then went on to say the practice is full but he said we could pay 50 if I want to be seen but if they were honestly full I dont see how 50 would change the fact of them being full. Essentially he was just looking for a way to exploit money out of me. Horrible. Please dont waste your time at this practice its not worth it.

Considering this was the dentist I had been going to since I was a child.. the first time going as a mother suffering with ppd with 2 small children 1 being a newborn at the time, I cancelled a prior appointment because of a hospital emergency. the one that was rebooked I came in 5 minutes late apologised because of traffic I sat and wait for some time before I was called in and the female dentist felt the need to make an absolute fool out of me, she laid me back in the chair told me to open my mouth and then proceeded to scorn me about wasting her time told me to get up and told me that I wont be a patient with them anymore and asked me to leave. I was in complete shock I just left in tears. I havent sat in a dentist chair since. Do not recommend this place at all!
