        Do not use them. Avoid at all the cost. They are unable to delivery my parcel to their service point! This is absolutely ridiculous! How it's possible that one of your service point can refuse to accept a parcel. They costumer service is pointless, you can not talk with an operator unless you have business account Avoid at all cost!

        Truly the worst depot of the most loathsome delivery service on planet earth. Have been waiting 9 days for a parcel that is just sitting here, one 'attempted' delivery wherein I had booked the day off - no attempt from driver to get to the address, deliver the parcel, ring the doorbell, contact me, via telephone or otherwise. Parcel is sitting at depot, office not returning contact, no further attempts to deliver it. Have no confidence parcel will arrive. A hateful experience.
