        Unprofessional unreliable and very poor service. I ordered wheelchair accessible vehicle for hospital appointments, each time they have sent a stranded vehicle and it has arrived late, get abuse from the drive before they drive away without telling me what is happening.Ring up brunel to find out why they have sent a stranded vehicle to be told get over yourself what more do you want your taxi has arrived and you have turned it away.

        Rip-off company to rent from. When checking out a car they dont even try to checked out properly. When times to retune, they tries to blame you for anything so they make money out of it. 3 of my friends retuned hire cars from them. No need to hassle your self, just avoid them at all cost.
