Wickes

Went there to return some flooring as it was damaged and Vivian and Del were very unhelpful and basically called me a liar and that I caused the damage. I had 10 of these same pieces but apparently they haven't seen this before. They wanted the whole pack back with the good ones I've used to sell to another unsuspected customer and then tell them they haven't seen this before. Save your time and go to another store. Following this up with customer service.

I went to Wickes today to buy few paints and exchange couple of items. The branch I went to was short of staff due to sickness. However, I found a nice young lady called Viviana who was very busy at the time, I requested Viviana for assistance. Viviana left what she was doing and helped me find the stuff from the store and pushed the trolley as it was heavy and I needed help. She was very kind and approachable, she was patient when searching for the right items for me. At the till, A young person called Daniel also helped me, he was also very sweet and approachable. After three hours I had to go back to Wickes for something else. Viviana was still there serving customers wearing a smile on her face. It was about 3pm. I asked her if she had managed to get a lunch break, she said she will get one soon and was still smiling. Well done Viviana and the other staff at Canning Town Wicks. Keep up your great work.
