Im happy to give 5 stars. The price is reasonable, the service is very good. I understand that all the hospitality is going to reopen on 17th May so every company who help to do the reopen will be very busy. When I confirmed to DG sign that I gonna go for their service, I thought it was late and they may postpone my sign board installation time, HOWEVER, THEY DIDNT!!!! I was very appreciated for their fast service and good sign board quality. And you can easy to reach their customer service staff on working hour. I do recommend them!

The worst experience ever. I paid 70 to get my tea labels printed on an A4 sticky label sheet. I was asked to come back on a friday to pick up my labels, got there and was horrified at the labels they already started to cut them off individually and trim the ends i never asked them to do this. The worst part was some were cut and the rest were not. I complained to the guy that who is also the Boss then he asked me to come back on monday that he will reprint them and leave on the sheet as they ought to be. Fast forward monday, i got there at about 5pm met another guy at the reception who checked and my labels where not ready, he went in to speak to his Boss about it, to my greatest surprise the boss came and said to me that i should give back the labels and he will refund my money back with so much anger and aggression in his voice . I was in shock as i have never experienced this kind of horrible customer service in London. If a zero star was available, i will give it to this company. The Boss is very rude and aggressive. People beware of this company.
