I had booked an appointment days in advance but when I arrived there 5 min early, they told me to come back 2-3 hours later because they had double booked my slot. They had plenty of time to cancel my booking but instead waited for me to turn up to tell me that and waste my time. Disrespectful.

I booked a pedicure at the Leytonstone branch for my birthday as I wanted a treat. When I arrived the shop was open but no-one was inside. The music was on so someone had to be close by. After at least 5 minutes the man comes from outside of the shop. He checked my appointment which should have been a pedicure and head massage and then tells me he doesn't know what a head massage is. I said OK just a pedi then. (The head massage and many others are on their website btw) While the decor is cute it is without substance. The pedicure seating is too high up, the man used marigold dish washing gloves to do my pedicure. He was rough and the quality is the worst of any pedicure I have paid for. At the point of payment he informs me the machine isn't working, can I transfer the payment. He then shows me acc details to use which of course means I have to log into internet banking etc- not necessarily a secure thing to do. This was 10 days ago and I'm still waiting to be offered a drink in a place called SIPS. My local salon offers free drinks just a good customer service. Very disappointed. Will definitely not go back. The 2 stars was for the decor and because I'm generous. Service: Pedicure

I booked this place for manicure and pedicure a few days in advance. Today in the morning I received a reminder for my 2 appointments so everything looked good. When I arrived, there was a man doing nails for some women and another women waiting for her turn. I mentioned I had appointment at 4.15 pm and sat to wait. Man didn't say anything but women who was a client turned around to me and said there is a wait because he needs to finish her nails and then her daughters. I asked what time her booking was and she sad 12.15 pm??? So I asked if the delay is 4 hours and she just made a silly face. Man who worked there didn't even try to communicate with me until I asked him directly about this. He said he's colleague called in sick and he is alone. I understand that but where is a manager or owner of this place to let people know or cancel appointments? I have my hen do tomorrow and now I'm trying to find a new appointment. Thanks for ruining my day. I will make sure I will never book with you again and will share this feedback where possible.
