We spoke to a few companies about 2 pairs of electric gates at our new house. 1st Call responded the fastest and came highly recommended by a neighbour. Richard was super friendly and talked us through the process. The price was competitive and they were able to start installation within a couple of weeks. A crew of 4 guys arrived bang on time and completed the installation in a couple of days. The workmanship was superb and the team were all helpful and polite. We got exactly what we wanted, on time, in spec and with zero fuss. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them unreservedly.

We needed our gates fixing within a very short deadline. Richard responded quickly to our enquiry and provided a very competitive quote for the work. He understood the urgency and arranged to attend within our timeline. On the day Richard and his team worked non-stop. There was minimal disruption and all the old equipment and debris was cleared leaving the area clean and tidy. Unfortunately other issues were found which could not have been anticipated and, due to the fading light, meant that the work could not be finished the same day. Richard was adamant that the job would be done by our deadline and he came back first thing on Sunday morning to finish to his and our satisfaction! We cannot thank Richard enough and will be using nobody else to look after our gates in future. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Call Electric Gates to anyone who is looking for new automatic gates or who needs any sort of gate automation repair.
