Extremely poor customer service. Refusal to reply to requests to transfer funds out of Transact. No excuse whatsoever to ignore customer requests! Very poor

3 months since the death of my Father, and my Mother still hasn't had the pension transferred over to her. Each time she speaks to Dawn from Transact (that's if she actually gets to speak to her), she's told "won't be long, we'll be in touch" or "Dawn is in a meeting, she'll call ASAP", but never does get in touch. I'm rather concerned that my Mother still doesn't know what is happening to over 100k, and of course in the mean time, isn't receiving any payments!!!! My Mother is 73, and I feel like she's being led down the garden path, all while she's really stressing about the situation.

They've lost it completely having been the best for an awful long time, painfully incompetent, time to move elsewhere after a year of being spun the same yarn!
