Pity I can't give no star - Just a total waste of money They have tried to stop my claim at every turn. Requesting more and more photos of the damage and then threatening me with a 70.00 charge to come and have a look at it.

Please do not use this company!! They are scammers. Never pay for anything, keep claiming that is not under warranty!!! You will never have anything paid out for!!!

They find a reason to do nothing except take your money and even interpret the small print in an imaginative way.They should never go bankrupt as it seems their sole raison d'tre is to collect premiums.Save your money.

This is a scam warranty company. They won't pay out on anything. They constantly find excuses to stall payments and will give you the run around. They work really hard at finding excuses not to pay. Steer well clear of them and spread the word!!! Watchdog should be on their case really soon

A complete desgrace to having a platinum warranty a complete waste of money. This company is a rip off company always looking for an excuse not to pay giving unnecessary excuse and stress . I had an mechanical breakdown which was sudden and unforeseen failure of a part arising from permanent mechanical failure but they still made excuse my car had to be towed to the garage. The cost of repair was 1168 and they only offers 500 based on a part which didn't even exist! The garage and also myself searched several hours to obtain the component they base the valuation on but it was not for my car model. And when the garage offered tobell to send a representative to see the broken part they simply refused. This process took 4 days and they only offer 500 and the total cost was 1168. After the repair I had to post the original receipt which I did on 3rd of May 2018 and had to make several calls to get the 500 on the 18th May 2018. This company is a complete rip off having a platinum warranty is worth noting but more stress. ...something needs to be done about these type of companies I am out of pocket for warranty that apparently doesnt exist.
