She was invaluable in communicating with the team at my new job and went the extra mile to keep me informed about how my application was progressing. I can honestly say Ive never worked with such incredible recruiters in my whole career. Abbi has gone above and beyond with helping me really break down my true skills and strengths and paired me up with the best company. The preparation before the interview, the reassurance throughout the negotiations, the help when I felt unsettled in my decision and so much more. I approached Abbi and Ryan and told them how I wasnt happy in my current role, how I didnt know what I wanted but I knew I needed a change. They guided me through the whole process and I owe them the massive change thats come in to my life at the most amazing time. I took the first step to make the phone call to them, but both Abbi and Ryan have helped me progress so much in my career and I owe them both so much. Thank you!!

I can only give great feedback concerning with dealings with Heat and in particular, Kate Black, you helped me secure the perfect position. The process was so smooth and simple and I received everything I needed to in order to progress along with the interview. I would highly recommended.

Applied for a job and never heard anything. I have tried emailing them and nobody has ever responded. Don't bother using them clearly you will be wasting your time.

Another waste of space recruitment agency. I do not appreciate the fact I'm obviously just considered a number by them to get in frount of their clients, and no actual reading of my c.v has been undertaken. Was told they had a job that I was suitable for me after asking for a job description I was instead provided with the usual 'car salesman pitch' to discover the job was 3 hours away by train and not the current role I have. When i challenged back I was told they had lots of people moving into broking, well if I don't want to move into broking (and you haven't checked if I even want to) then how is the job suitable for me. Also seemed to assume that I didn't take issue with a 6hour commute Next time contact me asking which insurance roles I would like then proceed to search don't just see insurance and assume I want whatever you throw my way and expect me to be grateful. And have an awareness of where I live my address is the 2nd thing on my c.v! I note the owners comments below, just to point out its almost been a week and no one has been bothered to contact me. Don't waste your time with this company they are terrible!
