Very dissapointed as I thought I was dealing with a serious company. I paid my deposit which 30% of the total job amount and they sent the surveyor out to measure the opening to replace our house front door. It turns out the opening is a bit taller than your standard size door so they suggested bringing down the opening with plasterboard and render which was a lot of work and would look assymetric from the outside. A 12cm trim was the other option which again would look horrible. So I decided to pull out as they could not offer a door the size is was requesting. I was expecting to be charged up to 200 as a call out rate for the surveyor's time but instead they charged me 720!! I am fuirious with these people - stay away!! Service: General door installation
