        Ive been waiting for books for a month and till now the books have not been delivered. Every week I hear an excuse and I cannot image the company cannot provide a spare set of books. I find this quite disappointing and the company does not live to the expectations in providing books. One month with no books at all or trying to help in such situation is frustrating and does not leave a good impression about this company taking the benefit of pupils seriously.

        Kingston 11+ - Simply Outstanding My son joined Explore Learning 11+ Programme Online last year at the start of Covid lockdown. We were apprehensive at first as he had not previously attended in centre. However, we have consistently been blown away with the tutors, physical materials, course delivery, additional online resources and support from the centre. For balance, the only minor issue in 15 months has been administrative on two occasions - both times resolved quickly and professionally. Every three months, we have had a parent review with detailed, comprehensive reports. The centre is very supportive, continuously takes on constructive feedback for the benefit of the children. I really cannot recommend Explore Learning Kingston and 11+ Programme any higher.
