        If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely avoid going here as its completely a terrible service. Royal mail should shut him down as I was completely shocked at his treatment to customers and clear ignorance to services post offices provide.

        I go here to post all my parcels always helpful and lovely. Never had any issues.

        The postmaster refused to provide a certificate of postage for a freepost mail even when there is no queue- saying it is a franked mail but it is clearly not and simply an envelope provided by a public body with a business reply freepost addrress. At other times, the queuing time outside could be as 15mins+ and the shop front get cluttered with a large number of parcels
