I would like to share my very positive recent experience. I felt very poorly and couldnt get an appointment with my doctor. I phoned Laurel at about 4 pm and was given advice to call 111. After the consultation a prescription was sent there and Mr Tanna delivered it to me personally at 7.30 pm on a freezing cold night. I was actually visiting family and do not live in the area, which makes it all the more special to come across this kind of dedication. I cant thank them enough.

Pharmacists Ashok and Lalit Tanna have looked after my family for over 25yrs. My mother had a very complicated medicine regime which meant that they had to liaise with the hospital and doctors surgery to made sure each new drug was compatible with the existing ones. My mother knew she was in the very best of hands. Their care and consistent kindness has never faltered. They are truly my go-to when I feel unwell. I hope they never retire.

I will give no star if there was an option. Rude pharmacists who do not even want to listen to your questions. I was there to ask if the prescription was still valid. It was an open prescription for a certain period of time. What I heard was go to GP, there is nothing with us rather than answering my question. It is a very simple information I need and no need to make each other feel upset about this small thing. Therefore, I raised my point about the rude manner of communication but there was no correction to their attitude. I am changing the pharmacy now.

These people have no compassion. I came after surgery for wisdom tooth extraction with prescription for Dexamethasone. After waiting for 10 minutes while pharmacist finishes chatting with his friend I was denied stating that dentists can't prescribe the drug and I have to go to GP. At 6 PM with huge pain after surgery. They did not want to call the dentist or do anything to help.
