Sugandha made fitness training an enjoyable activity for me by adding variation to the forms of exercise. I found training on my own quite a drag and laborious activity but having trained with her I have started loving it and seen its benefits. My training routine is simple, fast paced, requires minimal or no equipment, and effective!
