Saxon Kings

I would give 0 starts if I could, absolutely rubbish and unprofessional team, no communication within the team, let alone with the clients. Im pretty clueless how landlords are trusting this establishment with their properties. Waited more than a week for a viewing and been rushed through to see. Very unhappy with there customer experience. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use this company, wasted so much of my time. TIME WASTERS.

After staying in Saxon kings property for only a few months, TWO people have unlocked my room with a master key against my will. While I was getting dressed, a repairman came in unannounced, and while I was asleep a Saxon kings agent unlocked and opened my door. And still didnt close it after shouting at them to from my bed.

Great letting agent, always been very easy to work with and great communication. All the team have been great, especially Evie, but also Nicola & Sarah. I am also selling my property with them, and will likely use them again! Ps recently been communicating with Joanna who was incredibly diligent in pushing forward the sale of our flat! Overall great estate agent on all fronts.
