        The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, but it was so hot in the store I could not breathe and had to leave which was a shame as I wanted to buy a TV and had made a special journey to go to the store.

        I had a great experience in Kingston richer sounds, staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially carl who is the manager he helped me pick the right products for my home and Im so pleased with them! Will definitely be going back in the future.

        Been meaning to write a review for nearly a year now - Daniel from the Kingston store was a great help when looking for a home cinema system, he took me through the pros and cons of many speaker set ups and put up with my many questions! Would absolutely recommend dropping by and speaking with him for any audio/visual questions you may have!

        I recently purchased an LG Smart tv from Richer Sounds. I am delighted with it. I had a problem accessing iPlayer and Netflix, spoke with Carl who responded quickly to my request for help. His visit was courteous and efficient, with thorough checks of systems. His prompt action was very reassuring. All OK now. Thanks Richer Sounds - your service is excellent.
