Alex was very lovely throughout our increasingly stressful and panicked housing search. I'm sure you know how difficult the London housing market is to navigate, especially as young professionals. But I'm very grateful to Alex that he called us back about a property where the landlord had accepted another offer that ended up falling through. As a result of him thinking of us, we were able to sign the tenancy on a property we were so heartbroken to have had to move on from, and got everything sorted super quick with just two weeks left on our current tenancy! Excellent experience using Snellers Kingston as our letting agent. We are moving abroad in July and appointed Snellers (Rob as agent, and Bethany as property manager) to manage the process. They found tenants extremely quickly (didn't even need to market broadly) and have been on the ball ahead of getting our tenants in with the necessary checks and tests etc. Very responsive team and a pleasure to work with.

Snellers is a great agency and Matt has been exceptional and I am glad he was handling our case.
