        I have had a terrible knees and hips pain for nearly a year. After the treatments at JY- Physiotherapy I feel completely regenerated and no pain at all.         I was so pleased to be able to get back to running again! After suffering for several months with a very painful foot injury, Jehan was brilliant in quickly diagnosing the issue and starting treatment. She also provided different strengthening exercises for me to complete in the time between treatments to help reduce the chance of the injury reoccurring. Shes a skilled professional and someone that you can trust to get your rehabilitation moving in the right direction quickly. Thanks Jehan, my quality of life is so much better now.
