Great service, good price. Super easy and flexible to pick up and drop off. Definitely use again for my next bike trip!

I will say that ultimately they did deliver on the bike boxes we ordered but not without headache (the poorest communication I have ever experienced, had to chase multiple times re pick up and return as well as payment) and terrible customer service (I was provided with excuse after excuse for poor communication, they weaseled their way out of accountability by claiming a time was not confirmed when I have on email that it was). I had to rearrange various difficult personal arrangements to account for their lack of comms and ultimatley late collection despite my efforts to agree and arrange plans ahead of time as email and text messages were ignored). If you need bike boxes, they can provide and they work fine but it's clear that this business isn't their priority from their poor communication and lack of care when dealing with customers. Fast to follow up on payment though after they were finally collected... *Correction* After submitting the above review, I was offered a small gesture of goodwill and assurance of improvement so I'm raising this to 2 stars.

These guys are legends. Have used multiple times for trips to Europe, most recently to Italy. Always super simple and helpful, even gave me the box for an extra day due to a problem with pick up times at the start, saving me much stress. Thanks a lot, hope to see you again soon!

Great experience - hired a box at relatively short notice and was able to pick up and return out-of-hours. The BikeBox Alan's they provide are great rigid cases, and the hire is a reasonable price, great for the odd overseas trip or event where buying a box isn't justified. Would gladly use them if I needed again.
