Was told to leave the car for two hours. Two taxis and two hours later nothing was done. The mechanic said he was busy and would continue working on another car. The man said it was my fault as I couldnt say which type was down. Surely they could quickly check as I wouldnt know! Then it was my fault as they were busy and Id phoned them only in the morning earlier to ask if they had space which theyd said they had! .. not good at all and not good to blame the customer

Tried to get a quote from the garage to fix part of my car and when I asked them to repeat themselves they sighed and hung up on me, was on the phone for all of 10 seconds! Taking speedy service to a next level!
