Claire's work with me over a relatively short period of time was quite transformational. She led me through the process of coaching but the decisions I have made about my health are very practical and I feel will lead to much better behaviour patterns going forward. I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone thinking of heath coaching.

I'd recommend Claire for a number of reasons. She knows what she's talking about, which is always helpful, and she's genuinely interested in what's going on for you rather than how she can find a way to sell you something. I've had great advice from her, which is much appreciated. And she's a lovely person too, which is a bonus.

Claire gave me some very good advice, practical and manageable, around looking helping me to deal with energy issues by way of bite sized chunks. She's a great listener and her suggestions really work!

I have recently been informed by my doctor that she wants to put me on statins to help lower my cholesterol level, because, although it is not hugely high, she said that she is not happy at the level it is, considering my mother and grandfather died of a heart attack. I am, however, reluctant to put chemicals into my body if I can find an alternative that will work. Hence the conversation I had with Claire Willsher. Claire was able to advise me on which foods would help reduce my cholesterol, through what she described as Rainbow Foods, and shared with me the various posts she had posted that week, on LinkedIn, about the subject of Rainbow Food. Claire was very informative and knowledgeable, and she even inspired me to purchase a vegetable steamer so I can maintain more of the beneficial nutrients in my cooking. I recommend Claire for anybody wanting to increase their knowledge about how they can improve their health and wellbeing.

Had a lovely consult with Claire and she gave some realistic, simple and achievable changes to work toward a more energised state. Hard work to do with an incredibly busy life but broken down in this way leaves me optimistic and enthusiastic to start the changes. Heres to better sleep and family mealtimes, will pick up with Claire again for sure.
