Dropped my brand new coat that had a small tear in the sleeve for a repair but ended up with the most shocking repair Id ever seen! When I explained the two bits of material hadnt even been stitched together and that I was really unhappy, I was told there was no other way of doing it and was refused any kind of refund. The man was rude, hugely dismissive and proceeded to start trying to the unpick the stitching himself which I had to ask him to stop to prevent damaging my coat further. Just appalling. Avoid at all costs if you want anything repaired! They tried to tell me that was the only way to repair my coat and that nowhere would do a better job but I subsequently took the coat to a different place where they did a much more professional repair as you can see from the second photo uploaded!
