        FFM Zumba classes are awesome, and brilliant for both cardio and toning! If you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape and have fun while doing it, this is the place for you. Jose is a passionate and dedicated instructor and the atmosphere in the classes is happy and uplifting.

        I tried their classes nearly two years ago, not expecting much from them. However, I got hooked immediately and since then they became my hobby, my social life, my favourite thing, my therapy to any issues I may go through... and loads of others can say the same words about their experience with FFM

        I decided to try something out of my comfort zone and give this Zumba class a go...and Im so glad I did. Theres no right or wrong just follow the music at your own pace and let go of any insecurities about anyone watching you! The instructors energy and enthusiasm shines through and I always leave the class never regretting having gone. Its a great community to be part of and a good way to keep fit or destress!
