Hello Tricor Weve had several construction companies coming to look at a few defects/structural builders work by another contractor in 2017 which just left us in a mess - and no one we called to come and help could come up with solutions. Tricor UK come to survey and 3 days later produced drawings and structural methodologies that resolved the defects at a relatively great cost, we were very stressed as building control wouldnt sign off and written to demolish and start again - however, thanks to Tricor and their structural team, we resolved everything and Building control signed the work off We are just writing to say thank you for your email recently, and although the project was in 2017/18 we are happy to give Tricor a fantastic rating - there was only one small hairline crack and Tricor came to sort it out in a few hours - they said it was the final settlement and movement crack and true to their word - No other cracks to date Manny thanks, Kind regards, DarrelandSilvia

Thank for handling all the complicated negotiations with the relaxant parties - We took a huge step in the right directions and we are waiting for your temporary works/ faade retention strategies - and general methodologies towards the party-wall agreements and therefore appointed you as our consultants and general contractor for phase 1&2 of the developments. We are also impressed with how quick you produces the M&E regiments and the TPM coordination process in place. Thank you also for the structural investigations report, the concepts have now made a remarkable transition progress and generally bringing the scheme alive. Tricor provided excellent gutter installation services for my home. Their team was knowledgeable and efficient, and the finished product looks great.

Great people at Tricor , he and one of his guys came out to help with Roof Inspection. I have been in the roofing business and these guys are the most professional I have ever seen. I would never choose any other company with roofing repairs or installations.
