Has someone new taken over? If they have then they need to up their game. I used to go here most days, the service, coffee and food were all excellent. So I hate to be leaving a bad review but maybe they will start to see these and improve. In the last 3 months its gone down hill, super slow grumpy service, 18 minute wait for one Americano, madness, sometimes hot, sometimes tepid coffee, its all a gamble depending on the staff. Staff turnover seems super high recently which speaks volumes and the nice laid back vibe has gone. Its a real shame as Kingston lacks cool independent places to grab a coffee.
