Balfe's Bikes Kingston

Fantastic service at Balfe's Kingston. I gave a description of the sort of cycling I wanted to do and the budget. I picked up the Trek gravel bike three weeks ago and it is everything I wanted. It's so exciting to ride - off rode and even on a morning commute. I bought a rack which they fitted on the spot and also immediately fixed a minor issue with a tubeless tyre. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I dropped in today (bank holiday weekend) as I had some issues with my gear system on my road bike and Mark approached me, had a quick look and sorted it within a heart beat. I then asked him about new cycling shoes and he gave some profound and honest advice. Amazing customer service - no pushing products, just honest insightful advice! Thanks Mark!

As summer is almost here, I took my bike on to get new bar tape installed and the folks at the service department couldnt have been more professional. I was able to get a relatively early appointment which was nice and even though I had an accident which meant he the scope was expanded to fitting two new tubeless wheels, they got it done same day. Davide is a master at wrapping bars, even the really tricky Supacaz and I am super happy with the work! These guys are aces!
