Very busy shop run by young people that do not know what's happening 3 weeks to get a bike built and still not ready ring up to arrange collection in the box as needed for a birthday to get there and be told it's a electric bike and can not leave shop in a box rubbish service

Pretty useless. Don't answer the phone ever. Have spent a week trying to get in touch with the store and then chasing customer service to confirm my bike I order 2 weeks ago had been delivered in store, when they finally said it was definitely in store and I could collect it, the store themselves didn't have it ready. I've now wasted 2 trips to come and collect the bike but every time it's not ready.

Complete shambles - book a bike in fir a service, doesnt get done no problem they say.. well its a problem for me because Im without my bike its a mess

Incompetent liars. Sent a quote for repair which I approved via email. Arrived to collect and they had fixed a whole load of stuff that didn't need to be and didn't bother to fix the brakes that were actually broken. When questioned why did they repair stuff without my authorisation, was told we do test rides at 7am and didn't want to disturb you. Asked to speak to the manager, he refused to come over. Avoid at all costs... Tried calling afterwards , no one answers the phone. Rubbish place

Worst experience I have ever had , bought a bike a week ago for 425 was informed that the bike was ready for collection, when I turned up I was informed the bike wasnt there , it had been sold to another customer, charged 50 pounds for mudguards that were ordered which included a 5.99 delivery charge Only to be told I could get a replacement bike for the trouble I was caused at no extra cost only to be told when I went to collect it that I would have to now pay another 145 pounds What a shambles and what a disgraceful service I refused to leave the shop until I was refunded all that I had paid , as I was told I could not have my money back only a credit note , I refuse to give them my custom and refused to leave the shop until I got a refund, I usually go to the main competitor in Kingston but they closed and new Malden is a nightmare for traffic , but if you want poor service and rude staff then be my guest and use this awful shop
