We called as we could hear rats in our loft. East Suffolk pest control responded super quickly which is the reason for 2 stars. Unfortunately all they did was put bait in our loft and left, very little information and advice given. They did not attempt to identify any entry points (even though I asked) and gave incorrect advice in regards to the bait that was left. We had a very different experience with another local company and received completely different advice to what was given by this company. I dont like leaving negative reviews especially small businesses but I chose this company for their 5 star rating and unfortunately did not receive a 5 star experience. Service: Rodent extermination
