Countrywide Surveying Services

We are currently in the process of purchasing a home and have had a home buyers survey completed with country wide. It's now been 3 weeks and they still haven't provided us the with the survey. No customer contact whatsoever. I have made a complaint almost 5 working days a go and no one has bothered to get back to me! Absolutely rubbish! Please avoid. Will be asking for out money back!

Please listen to the reviews and do not let this company access your property under any circumstances. Won't even provide me with a copy of the report. I will be taking them to court. Down valued my property by 20k. Don't listen to their excuses when they say people only write reviews because they think their houses see worth more (that's what they told me to convince me). I have paid myself for comparable evidence through an independent company and it comes back above our current asking, not 20k below. Michael Clayton is nothing but a salesman certainly not a surveyor.

Unfortunately Google does not allow me to give it this incompetent company 0 stars, otherwise I would. Countrywide Surveying Services were subcontracted out by Barclays to value the rental income of my property as an AST per calendar month. Their figure was more than 50% off the income I am actually receiving now. What is worse, because of the incompetence of the surveyor, there was no appeal process and I had to up my deposit. For any people out there looking to purchase a property, please ask the lender who they use. Make sure it is not these cowboys

Most under trained people ever. Read the guidance before putting down for a EWS1 form. No knowledge in a sector you claim to be experts. Disgusting I hope you guys get shut down for your ridiculous valuations.
