When in London I highly recommend Ffionas for a wonderful meal and conversation. During my last holiday stint our group insisted on visiting and enjoying a meal here 3 times. Everything on the menu board is scrumptious. We tried brunch once and dinner twice. My favs were the lamp chops, fish and chips, spring pea shoots with beets, each and every vegetable side available, and for dessert the cheesecake and apple crisp with warm cream. I cannot recommend Ffionas enough. We felt like we were dining with friends.

Horrendous service, its clear theyve been doing their own reviews, no way im going back or recommending this place to anyone. Never in my life have i experienced such poor service, she was very intimidating to 3 young woman and tried to make them look stupid in front of the whole restaurant. They include hidden service charges in their bill and the girls were asking for it to be removed kindly. This service charge nonsense has to stop. It's not acceptable for London businesses to levy this charge and is certainly NOT in the UK culture and never was. London is part of the UK!!

Ridiculous experience. Imagine you go out for brunch and the owner screams at you. As other people already mentioned here they staff is very rude and not welcoming. We asked to take the service charge of because twice before I experienced rude behaviour. Anyway she started to literally scream to us. And also mentioned we shouldnt go out if we cant afford the service charge. Which was not optional in this case. Either way the behaviour was ridiculous and not acceptable. Save your money and time.
