I would give 0 stars if I could, worst parking place in London, the spiral access down is barely wide enough to fit a push bike let alone a car and you will 100% scratch all your alloys on the way down if not worse, go to this car park if you want to damage your car and pay 25 for 1 hour parking, thanks a lot guys! What a disaster of a place.

This is not meant to be used as a parking lot in the 21st century. The narrow, 3-floors down, continuous, narrow (yes, twice), spiralling slide to the sewage-seeped basement is nerve-racking until it's vomit-inducing. Ruined a wheel as an alternative to scraping the bumper. One star for the location.

I prepaid for parking. The number plate recognition didn't work. No one answered the help service. No way to exit so got a ticket, tried at the machine for help, again nothing. So had to pay again. Tried getting a refund and they don't respond to emails or their help request. Total joke of a company. Certainly never using again.

Absolutely no point in booking this car park in advance as the ANPR cameras clearly don't work and you have to call up via the intercom on both entry and exit. The car park itself smells like sewage and if you have a wide / long car then driving down the extremely narrow entrance spiral will give you an aneurysm from the stress. It has 2 stars because it's very well located but that's about the only benefit.
