Pro Performance - Spinal and Sports Injury Clinics

Pro Performance Clinics was recommended to me and I haven't looked back! As a dancer with a chronic back issue, I've been looking and wanting to find a bodywork practitioner to be my "go to" so we can build up the knowledge of my body together as it grows and develops during my career and with my injury. After my first session with Kinga I was confident she was the osteopath for me! Always upbeat and friendly, I look forward to the session and whatever sensations my body is about to experience - I trust Kinga. She understands and has helped me with my body so much already (- I'm writing this at the beginning of what I hope to be a long patient/clinician relationship!).

Really brilliant. Have been seeing Kinga for the past few months to treat my Achilles tendinitis after my NHS support wasn't able to do the trick. Throughout she's been wonderful - has made a real effort to understand my specific situation, draw up a bespoke treatment plan and carefully monitor my progress. I've been particularly impressed by how she's spotted and given advice on a range of wider factors (e.g. posture, exercise style etc) that have been causing me issues. It's made a real difference. Highly recommend.

Kinga is a star osteopath, and I could not suggest her more to anyone needing help. She is very knowledgeable, first interested in hearing patients' needs and constraints and then providing the right treatments in a case-by-case scenario! thanks Kinga for all you did for me!
