A friend had a bad experience with another optician not picking up detached retina so I chose Bromptons on the recommendation of a neighbour. I was really happy with the eye check and test done by the owner. The vision test was thorough and the health test check thankfully ruled out concerns I had about eye health.

I walked into Bromptons 22 years ago and have stayed with them since. Karen and the team are brilliant. Highly expert and personable service, and great choice of frames. The eye tests have always been extremely thorough and professional, and you can unreservedly trust Karens advice on what is suitable. I am not an easy customer for eyewear, so I have really appreciated the guidance, and above all the patience over the years. I recommend Bromptons without hesitation.
